• Francis Mopiembe
Francis oversees investment‐product recommendations, Congolese market analysis, and U.S.–DRC company incorporations at Congo Bridge USA. Before relocating to the U.S., he spent years in the DRC building investment‐consulting networks—especially between Kinshasa and Belgian firms. Francis also served as an internal auditor at Hotel Intercontinental Kinshasa and personal assistant to the Congolese Minister of Public Works, gaining firsthand experience with national institutions. He holds an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
• Jean-Yves Kasonga Beya
Jean-Yves directs data and market analysis shapes our technology strategy at Congo-USA Bridge Consulting. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science form the University of Louisville and brings over then years of process-development and validation experience form the U.S. pharmaceutical industry. As a serial entrepreneur, Jean-Yves has founded and scaled technology and agriculture ventures in both the United States and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• Khandi Phaka Loko
Khandi manages project coordination and legal strategy at Congo-USA Bridge Consulting. He holds an LL.B. in Business Law from the Democratic Republic of Congo and an MBA from the United States. Previously, he advised international clients on market entry in the DRC, helping overseas companies establish compliant, sustainable operations. His blend of production logistics, legal acumen, and strategic planning ensures our clients’ ventures are both legally sound and operationally efficient.

• Marcel Malengo
Marcel Malengo holds an LL.B. from the Protestant University of Congo and is completing an LL.M. in International Business Law at the University of Liverpool. He served as Advocate at the DRC Court of Appeal, advised the Ministry of Human Rights, and helped draft both the Congolese Charter of Human Rights and the DRC Mining Code. As a Director and Executive Committee member of the Federation of Enterprises of Congo, he chaired the National Judicial Commission and guided the country’s accession to OHADA; he is fluent in French, English, Lingala, Kikongo, and Swahili.
